a neuroma is a benign growth of nerve tissue - which means it is noncancerous that will develop in the various part of the body. morton's neuron that occurs in the nerve foot, or often between in the 3rd of 4th of the toes. there are no outward sign of this kind of condition, like lump. but, you may experience symptoms like the burning pain in the ball of the foot that may even radiate into the toes or the tingling or the numbness in your toes.

the doctors don't understand what exactly causes morton's neuroma. this condition seems to happen in the response of irritation, pressure to injury to one of the digital nerves that will lead in to your toes. the factors that contribute to the morton's neuroma are wearing high-heeled shoes or those shoes that are tight or ill-fitting, being into high-impact athletic activities like jogging will also subject the feet to repetitive trauma. if the pain is already severe or persistent, you may need corticosteroid injections or alcohol injections.
