if you have a flatfeet the arch of the inside of the feet is flattened. this is a common and generally a painless one condition. sometimes, flatfeet will happen because the arches don't develop during childhoodl. in some other cases, the flatfeet will happen as you age or after you have had your pregnancy. the signs and symptoms that you are experiencing are flat look to one or both of your feet, lower leg pain, foot pain, pain on the inside of the ankle, the swelling along the inside of your ankle and the uneven shoe wear and collapse of the shoe toward the inside of the flat shoe.
flat feet are normal for those infants and toddlers because their foot's arch hasn't yet developed. for so many people, flatfeet won't cause any signs or symptoms at all. it may be in the lower parts of the legs that have aligned in such a way as to accomodate for flatfeet. the doctor may recommend you to take some rest and avoid activities that will aggravate the condition until the foot feels better. medications are also suggested by doctors to you to take the over-the-counter pain relievers until the pain subsides.
